I am deeply delighted to share EEC’s new Strategic Plan 2016-2028 EFY with you all, which outlines the corporation’s strategic direction for the next three years. This plan represents our collective vision for the future and outlines the key initiatives and priorities that will guide our efforts in the years ahead. Despite the fact that we are in a rapidly changing construction industry, the corporation has witnessed a remarkable growth that reflects the talent, dedication, and professional excellence of our employees and committed leadership.

I am proud of the progress we have made together and the positive impact we continue to have on our customers, partners, and communities. Despite the uncertainties and disruptions, we have faced, we have remained focused on delivering value, exceeding expectations, and building strong relationships with our stakeholders.

Our overarching goal is to strengthen our position as a leader in the construction industry and drive sustainable growth and profitability. To achieve this, we focus on the following five strategic pillars.

(1) Customer Value Optimization and strategic partnering: We prioritize customer trust, partnership, compressive satisfaction and intimacy,

Consequently, this strategic plan, which is aligned to EIH five years strategy, provides a framework and serves as an important guide to help the corporation succeed in the face of any challenges and find opportunities for strengthening our organizational capacity and drive sustainable growth. I am confident that by aligning our efforts around the strategic objectives, we will achieve our vision for the future and continue to deliver value to our customers, employees, and shareholders. Going forward, it is clear that our commitment to the customers we serve is unwavering. Our culture of teamwork and competitiveness in project delivery has room to grow and our dedication to the values of integrity, quality, and partnership is hardwired across our workforce.

I am highly optimistic about our future that with the dedication, hard work, and commitment of our employee and executive team, and extensive opportunities in the industry, this strategic plan will be implemented successfully and we will continue to contribute principally in the construction industry.
