Currently, the Corporation is at the verge of transforming into full-fledged end-to-end engineering solution provider Corporation with two streams of business namely consultancy and construction business units. EIH considers EEC as among the sixteen strategic companies where EIH plans to exercise active ownership with the aim of enabling its subsidiaries to obtain market leadership in terms of profitability and scale in terms of output of products or services. In accordance with this, EIH’s 5-year strategic agenda address EEC engage into construction and property management markets and strengthen talent management given knowledge-intensive nature of design business (EIH Strategic plan 2023).
